I am looking for two housemates (2 - male or 2 - female) to share my spacious 4-bedroom single family home, situated on 2 acres in a beautiful neighborhood. They need to be financially responsible, non-smoker, CLEAN and have similar values and interests. My home is located in Harleysville, conveniently located 3 miles from the Lansdale exit 31 of the N.E. extension turnpike. I have two open bedrooms, both furnished with double beds, dresser and each with a large closet. A full bathroom with tub/shower would be shared with the two housemates. Linens are provided, but you can use your own as well. If you are bringing your own furnishing for your room, we can work that out. A shared laundry room is located on the second floor near your full bathroom. You will have the use of a very well equipped kitchen and dining room. The two housemates would have their own large living room to share with fireplace, 55" flat screen TV and free wireless high speed internet. I have my own bedroom/bath/living room area and all other areas of the home are shared. Outside, there is a large entertaining porch with lounge seating and dining with an outdoor fireplace and the use of an in-ground swimming pool during the summer. There is ample parking, but one car only per housemate. Utilities are included. I have a friendly, well behaved cocker spaniel dog that I do not allow in your spaces, but I prefer no additional pets. Note: I am in the process of painting the second bedroom, but will post pictures as soon as I complete. House Share terms: First month rent ($900) and security ($900) due prior to moving and required at lease agreement signing. Lease will be for 6 months to make sure this is a good living situation for both parties.
