Living room, dining room, full kitchen, unfinished basement with laundry, backyard, and front porch. Air conditioned unit in bedroom. Bedroom available for $600/month. Room comes furnished with armoire and desk (if not needed, can be moved out). Has a closet as well. All utilities included. As an added bonus, I have a bottled water delivery service!
