Sales Operations and Support Manager - (colmar, pennsylvania) in Reading, Pennsylvania For Sale

The Sales Operations and Support Manager is a strategic and business:oriented role focused on delivering innovative solutions to meet evolving market needs. This would include sales reporting and analytics, contract administration and platform support. The Manager will also be responsible for leading a team of Sales Operations Specialists, translating organizational goals into meaningful team objectives, as well as ensuring the teams are staffed, managed, trained and supported to meet these objectives.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Lead through innovative ideas to create and maintain a best:in:class sales culture, focused on delivering results by providing support and development to the sales team
- Proactively analyze and identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with support staff to inspect sales process and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement
- Promotes and builds an environment of team continuity and cohesiveness that results in inspired and motivated contributors
- Develop, sponsor, and support the introduction of new and improved method, products, procedures, or technologies. Identify and seize profitable business opportunities
- Assist with the streamlining of systems and processes to further enhance automation and efficiency
- Streamline new product setup with Customers
- Specify market requirements for current and future projects by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and performing ongoing customer and prospect visits
- Coordinates sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality,accuracy and consistency in the sales organizations planning efforts.
- Drive and execute monthly, quarterly and yearly targets, including performance management to hit team and individual goals
- Able to gain knowledge of Customer Systems and Ordering Practices
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
:Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the business unit supported
:Accountable for the on:time implementation of sales organization quotas and performance objectives.
:Responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales organization
:Accountable for accurate and on time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness.
:Achievement of strategic objectives defined by company management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated collaboration, passion for operational excellence and problem:solving skills
- Analytical thinking, process orientation, flexibility, team:mindedness
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Project Management Experience
- Proven ability to work in a matrices driven organization and build strong internal and external partnerships
- 5+ year experience in service delivery related role; business analyst, sales support, contract negotiations, pricing specialist, etc.
Physical Requirements: Capability to lift up to 20lbs and sit for long perios.
Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.
