We are seeking a Nurse RN Manager for our Downingtown pediatric home health care office that serves Western Chester County area. This Nurse supervisory role is ideal for someone desiring one-on-one patient contact and staff mentoring. Requirements include: Assisting with administrative duties. Conducting client visits. Mentoring and development of field staff. Addressing/supporting clinical concerns. Nurse Supervisory visits to observe clinical proficiencies while with a client. Qualifications include: Current PA RN license in good standing, BSN preferred. Minimum two years recent, verifiable pediatric clinical experience OR two years experience as a Pediatric Nursing Supervisor, preferably in home care. Child Abuse Clearance in states where applicable.
