Job Description
Looking for a Project Manager or an Estimator with mechanical contracting/mechanical construction experience. Must be able to handle union employees. $+ years of Project Managment in the mechanical area in the comercial or industrial construction area. Knowledge of HVAC equipment, submittals, and documentation. Ability to lead projects and have P & L responsibility for those projects. Ability to handle muti-million dollar projects. If you have mechanical contracting experiene as a PM or a hybrid PM/Estimator, we should talk! Sometimes the grass really is greener on the other side!
